The first is to help you find quality PLR resources that will help you. Not every PLR outlet supplies quality content and that is one of the knocks against using PLR. The garbage gives the whole business a bad name.
I work hard to find quality resources so you can do like I do and save a lot of time and provide valuable information to your tribe. (It does not hurt that I can make a commission for doing that and do.)
The second is to help you understand how to use PLR effectively. That is done through various tutorial or case studies posts.
Now one of the quality providers I strongly recommend, Alice Seba of DIYplr.com has offered to help with the teaching.
She would love to answer the specific questions you have about using PLR and as someone who not only provides great PLR but as some one who uses it for her own affiliate marketing.
Just ask your most pressing question as a comment below and I will forward them to her and she has agreed to provide the answers in a guest post.

Well today is Christmas Eve and it gets really busy around here. When I had the chance for a good friend to sit in and add some value here I took it.
Today Nicole Dean is sitting in writing about…
When Life Gets Crazy – How to Connect with Your Lists When you Don’t Have Time To
by Nicole Dean
Life is madness. At least in my house it is. People are always asking me “Nicole, you have 2 kids, 2 dogs, you take in foster dogs, have a husband who you actually like, and you run several very successful online businesses. What in the HECK?!”
I think there’s a compliment in there somewhere.
The things that I do in my business every day fall under four areas…
Growing my List and Connecting with my Readers
Increasing my Traffic
Building Relationships on my Own Blog
Developing my Products and my Other Offers (like PLR stuff, and private coaching and consulting)
Anything that doesn’t fall directly under those four areas must be put aside until I’ve tackled those.
Now obviously, I could write an entire report about this, so in this post, I’ll focus in on your mailing list.
Your list is your livelihood. At least it can be with some love. However, it takes time to write your newsletters or connect with your list, in general. And, coming up with ideas on a regular basis can be brutal.
Life happens. (Thank goodness!) So, you need some shortcuts for when you just don’t have time or don’t necessarily feel inspired to connect with your lists.
Here’s where the magic happens. I have tons of tricks, but I’ll just start with three ideas to get you off and running.
1. Outsourcing
2. Planning and Batching
3. PLR articles
OUTSOURCING PARTS OF THE PROCESS.
First of all, outsourcing. There are several ways you can outsource when it comes to your list.
If you have a virtual assistant (or a teenager in your house), write and send an article to him/her and have that person compile your newsletter for you. A side benefit is that it will require you to plan in advance, which can be a very good thing.
You can also hire a virtual assistant to seek out articles in places like EzineArticles.com or LadyPens.com that you can use in your newsletter, rather than having to do it all yourself. Find a few authors that you like (who are considered experts in their fields) and just have your virtual assistant grab one of their articles whenever you’re behind.
Recommended Resource:
I teach a course on Outsourcing since so many people have asked me how I do it so well.
You can sign up for my free “Outsourcing Mistakes” ecourse here: Outsourcing Mistakes to Avoid
PLANNING AND BATCHING.
Second, let’s dig into planning a bit. I find it much easier to plan a month at a time or more than to sit down in front of the computer and try to brainstorm. Can you plan a series of emails to send to your readers?
Perhaps a set like “7 Ways to …” That way you’re set for at least the next seven emails. If you look at my ecourse above “Outsourcing Mistakes to Avoid” – you’ll see how I used a series to create that ecourse. You can model yours after that one.
PLR ARTICLES.
PLR articles can be such a huge shortcut. If you’re not using them yet, you are in for a treat!
Here’s a definition of PLR (in case you aren’t familiar with it):
Let’s talk about how useful this is. I mean, honestly. Let’s say your niche is romance. If you purchase a set of ten PLR articles, you have everything you need for 10 newsletters immediately – and, guess what? You can reuse them again the following year or year after.
Not only do you not have to come up with titles, you don’t have to even draft the articles yourself.
Simply copy and paste the articles into your newsletter, tweak them to have some of YOU in them – either by including examples, personal stories, or some of your own tips and ideas, and you’re set.
Recommended Resource:
I started one of the most highly regarded PLR sites on the web back in 2006 and made it my personal goal to change the PLR industry for the better. I like to think that I’ve accomplished my goal.
Now, the next time you’re thinking “I really need to send something to my lists, but what?” you don’t have to panic now that you have these shortcuts at your disposal.
Thanks so much for reading! Please share your thoughts below.
Warmly,
Nicole Dean
Hope you enjoyed Nicole’s article and have a very Merry Christmas.

Just got a note from Nicole Dean of Easy PLR that she will be using her portion of the proceeds from Easy PLR sales to 3 charities for the period from August 1 to August 18.
Now Nicole puts out great PLR packs and I always strongly recommend her products and have bought quite a few of them. Now if you grab one you will also be helping these charities.
She is supporting three charities one of which I have long been active with that help children.
The first is Dr Mani’s Heart Kids at http://www.chdinfo.com. I have long supported and donated to this and regularly get involved in his Tweetathon and Blogathon.
The second one is the one that Paul Evans from Nicheology runs at http://100xmissions.org. This charity builds orphanages around the world in poor areas.
So if you are looking for PLR for a project I recommend you check Easy PLR first.
Finally she had a note below on her email…
PS. I was chatting with Melissa about this idea and she said
“Can I donate my commissions that I earn?” If you’d like to do that,
please let me know by clicking “reply”. It will be your commissions
from Aug 1-18th.
I have replied so any sales generated from this blog from the 1st to 18th 100% will go to one of those charities. Of course you can also donate to them directly. They are all great charities.

One of the things that works well on another of my blogs is to ask for questions. So may be time to start doing that here.
Just about every successful marketer I know uses private label rights in their marketing yet I always see people knocking the use of private label rights.
Usually those knocking PLR have no idea how to use it effectively. Even worse is that they see it as a no work solution. Just buy and use it.
So it is time to get rid of some of the falsehoods and help you grow your business quickly.
PLR especially good private label rights articles, reports and e-books can save you time but you need to do some of that nasty 4 letter word WORK.
You do need to use them as a base and make them your own.
So if you have questions on how best to do that take the time to ask your questions below in the comments.

The need for content never ends when running an online business. Whether it is to create a product(which can give you great leverage) or for creating content private label rights can save you time.
Here are 5 ways that you can use PLR to save time and grow your business faster.
Create a product for sale
Use for list building as a gift
Giveaway item
Bonus for another product
Content
Let’s look at each of these and how PLR can help you.
Create a product
There are numerous private label rights products available for sale. You can take these packages and have a product easily. Some easy editing to get your voice into the product and adding your own recommendations where they fit give you a product ready to go. If you have an affiliate program you can leverage others to sell it.
If you do not have an affiliate program there is always Clickbank or PayDotCom.
List building
The key to building your list is having something your target market just has to have. This can be a short report, a video or an audio. It just has to be something they MUST have. PLR allows you to create these items with minimal effort. You can use a product you have created as an upsell.
This will allow you to monetize your list building process quickly and be able to buy traffic for no cost.
Giveaway item
This can be a great way to pre-sell products and build your list. You can give away (not squeeze for an email) a viral product that links back to the product you want to promote. Take it up a level and add a link to your email list to get the latest version of this item and it can be a powerful tool.
PLR products can make a great base for creating these types of items.
Bonus for another product
One of the ways to sell more of your own product is to have appropriate bonuses that enhance your product. PLR will allow you to add bonuses quickly without the time and effort needed to create your own.
Content
Content, whether on a blog or article marketing can be a great way to generate traffic to your sites and products. PLR can save you a lot of time and effort.
These are just 5 ways you can use private label rights to help build your business.
If you are looking for access to private label rights products in a searchable format check out Resell Rights Fortune. I use it regularly to find what I need quickly.

The reason that I ask is because I just watched a great video from Ronnie Nijmeh about how to make your business stand apart from your competition and it got me thinking. A lot.
If you don’t know what makes your business unique, then how are potential customers ever supposed to guess?
Why should they shop with you instead of your competition?
Why should they buy affiliate recommendations from you instead of your competition?
I certainly don’t want to sound negative. And, there’s definitely good news. You can watch the same video that I just did, and discover how to stand out in the minds of your fans, followers, readers, and potential customers. And, that’s a good thing!
Here’s the link to the video. Hope you like it as much as I did!
Grab it here:
Some people can do quite well with grabbing private label rights or resell rights products and others just spend money. What is the factor that allows some to succeed and others to fail miserably?
The key is the 24 hour factor.
For me when I buy something my goal is to get it online in 24 hours.
Will it be perfect? No.
Can somebody actually buy it? You betcha.
Now the biggest killer for most people is the perfection monster.
It does not matter whether it is a blog post, an article, getting a page up most of us (and I am sometimes very guilty of this) spend more time getting ready to get ready then we do doing what needs to be done.
When you actually get things to the point where someone can buy them or sign up to them you now have a chance to succeed. When you stop and start your planning to make them perfect you may someday end up with a much better item but until that day comes around you can’t possibly sell it or get a signup.
So next time you grab a PLR product or resell rights product stop what you are doing and focus on that until it is online. Until it gets to that point you have no way to profit from it.
The first few times you try this you may find that it takes longer than you expect it to. It will but the more often you do it the faster it will become.
Once it is online you can continue to improve it and make it better. If you set up a squeeze page and it is not converting fix it. You sales page is not selling redo the copy.
These changes will be the key to really making money but the thing is that even if you “perfect” it you will still need to redo them and improve them.
In the mean time you have actually had something that can work online and available.
So take the pledge with me. I will not add things to the hard drive that don’t go online in 24 hours.
Follow that and see how much faster your business grows. After all even if it takes 48 or 72 hours you will still be way ahead of where you were.
If it is lack of knowledge that is keeping you from getting things online then I recommend you check out Doug Champigny’s PLR Tutorial Videos.
